  1. No Refunds Once Development Begins: Once we initiate the software development process, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is in place because we allocate resources, including time and personnel, to your project immediately upon commencement.
  2. Hosting and Maintenance: We offer hosting and maintenance services for websites as part of our AI product development and software engineering offerings. These services can be included at the time of signing the service agreement or can be opted for separately by the client.

    Please note that once payment for hosting services is made, it is non-refundable for the duration of the hosting period agreed upon. Clients have the flexibility to cancel their hosting services upon the completion of the current hosting period.

    At the end of each hosting period, clients can choose whether to renew their hosting services or to discontinue them. This choice provides clients with the flexibility to adapt their hosting needs based on their evolving business requirements.
  3. Commitment to Satisfaction: Although refunds are not available once the project starts, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you have concerns or issues with the direction or progress of your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team is committed to working with you to adjust and address your needs within the scope of the project.
  4. Review Process: Before starting the development process, we thoroughly review project goals, expectations, and deliverables with you. This step ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the project scope and requirements.
